  • Individual features of the perception of time; their relationship with the application
  • The concept of biorhythms. “Performance schedule”: time planning taking into account the individual level of activity during the day
  • Time planning and target location: setting values, setting goals, setting priorities
  • The ratio of professional and personal goals
  • The relationship of the distribution of temporary resources and common values

  • Typical time absorbers
  • Work with unexpected visitors and answers to phone calls: their correlation with the fulfillment of planned tasks with limited time

Technical training

  • Rules for interpreting goals (SMART criteria)
  • Short, medium, long term goals
  • Basic rules of time planning: Pareto rule, Eisenhower matrix, ABC analysis
  • Planning from the past, present, future (the basics of strategic planning)
  • The principle of delegation and the various possibilities of its use for the efficient distribution of own time. Delegation of tasks in the absence of subordinates
